Clear expectations for using VioThrive.

These terms explain the rules for using the VioThrive app, website, account system, rewards, referrals, support flows, and paid features in a fair and secure way.

They work alongside the privacy policy and any mandatory platform rules that apply through app stores, payment providers, or third-party sign-in services.

Eligibility and legal capacity

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use VioThrive. If you are under the age required by your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf where the law requires it.

If you use the service for work, a team, or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that person or organization.

Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the VioThrive mobile app, https://viothrive.com, support channels, downloads, and related services that link to these terms. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to the associated privacy policy.

If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, email access, and connected sign-in providers secure. You are also responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security controls.

You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and must not impersonate another person, share account access inappropriately, or attempt to bypass account, referral, purchase, or entitlement controls inside VioThrive.

Acceptable use

Use VioThrive lawfully and respectfully. You may not interfere with the service, probe or exploit vulnerabilities, automate abusive traffic, scrape protected areas, distribute malware, harass other users, submit fraudulent rewards activity, or use the product in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

We may investigate misuse and, in our sole discretion where reasonably necessary to protect the product, other users, our providers, or comply with law, suspend or limit features or accounts that appear to threaten the integrity of rewards, referrals, payments, or sync systems.

Your content and product data

You retain ownership of the habits, notes, checklist items, and other content you create in the service. You give us the limited rights needed to host, sync, back up, process, and display that content so the service can function.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful and that you have the right to upload or share it. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to address legal risk, abuse, security issues, or violations of these terms.

Health and productivity disclaimer

VioThrive is a habit-building and productivity service. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, crisis support, or professional advice, and it should not be used as a substitute for qualified medical, psychological, legal, or financial guidance.

Any insights, reminders, streaks, focus suggestions, or summaries inside the product are informational only and may be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for deciding how to act on them.

You are also responsible for evaluating whether your use of VioThrive satisfies any legal, regulatory, tax, employment, recordkeeping, or compliance obligations that apply to you or your organization.

Rewards, referrals, subscriptions, and storefront terms

Garden rewards, seeds, flower pots, referral bonuses, and similar in-product items are product features, not stored money or cash equivalents. We may, in our sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, adjust, withhold, reverse, or remove rewards obtained through abuse, duplication, self-referral, payment reversal, or other manipulation.

Paid plans, subscriptions, and in-app purchases are also subject to the billing, refund, cancellation, and platform rules of the storefront you use, including Google Play. Storefront records may control where there is a conflict between our internal status display and the platform's purchase state.

Availability, beta features, and changes

We work to keep VioThrive reliable, but the service is offered on an as-available basis and may change over time. Features may be improved, deprecated, paused, or removed, including experimental, preview, or beta capabilities that may be less stable or less complete than general features.

We may update the app, website, pricing, and these terms when product or legal requirements change. When a change materially affects how you use the service, we will update this page and may provide additional notice in the app, on the website, or through account communications.

Intellectual property and limited license

We and our licensors keep all rights in the VioThrive service, brand assets, software, layouts, and related materials except for the content you create and own.

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service for its intended personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit protected parts of the service except where the law clearly allows it.

Termination, disclaimers, and liability limits

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to address abuse, security concerns, legal demands, non-payment, or serious violations of these terms. Certain sections, including payment, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, survive termination.

To the extent permitted by law, VioThrive is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Before starting a legal claim, you agree to contact us first and give us a reasonable chance to review and resolve the issue informally. This does not remove any consumer rights or mandatory local remedies that the law protects.
