Delete Account
Request deletion of your account and synced data.
We handle deletion manually today so we can verify ownership and avoid deleting the wrong account.
How to request deletion
- Email support@viothrive.com from the address linked to your VioThrive account.
- Use the subject line "Delete my VioThrive account" so the request is routed correctly.
- Tell us whether you also want a copy of your account data before deletion is completed.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership before making irreversible changes.
After confirmation, we delete account data from active systems except for information we must retain for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution obligations.
If you want a copy of your data first, include that request in the same email and we will explain what can be exported.
