Delete Account

Request deletion of your account and synced data.

We handle deletion manually today so we can verify ownership and avoid deleting the wrong account.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@viothrive.com from the address linked to your VioThrive account.
  2. Use the subject line "Delete my VioThrive account" so the request is routed correctly.
  3. Tell us whether you also want a copy of your account data before deletion is completed.
  4. We may ask you to verify account ownership before making irreversible changes.

After confirmation, we delete account data from active systems except for information we must retain for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution obligations.

If you want a copy of your data first, include that request in the same email and we will explain what can be exported.
